- We are committed to the Occupational Health and Safety of our employees and employ an OH&S Manager to enforce all legislative requirements and maintain the safety of our employees.
- We conduct Site Safety Assessments on all sites.
- We have developed a Site Safety Management Plan for construction sites and provide Safe Work Method Statements, as required.
- All of our employees have completed the Construction Induction Certificate and the Employee Induction that encompasses a comprehensive orientation on safe work methods, wearing of appropriate PPE, identifying risks and other safety matters relating to working on construction sites.
- We supply a Procedures and Safety Handbook to all employees.
The Lack Group is bound to the continued Health and Safety of employees and their continued employment and have a certified Rehabilitation and Return to Work Co-ordinator and qualified Trainer and Assessor to facilitate this as required.
